For the added $75 porting and sleeve work. What is done to the OEM sleeves? And will I need to get the exhaust manifold ported to match?

So does the shortblock come with the head? And how much credit will a complete stock 61x shortblock get me. I tore it down and the main bearings are a little rough and the cylinder walls have a little light surface rust. Has a Westcoast head.
