Tanman, thanks for info, I did seal it quite well I belive, but not using a spacer..it spaces out/seals the housing off the hull?? I do have CF's couplers, and got metal extenders from RRP with the hull (not installed). Chris, you are probably right also, I will probably a need a new prop...

I have a similar setup as yours, but my gap is much wider (ordered a new wear ring), my oem prop was cutback -3mm (had to use to washers). I am using the large pump cone that came with the solas mag. My nozzle is at 84mm. I have way too much top end and cavitation - taking the ski apart...

as long as polaris mates to polaris its all good. making a 1000cc out of a 777 and not using a stroker (?) crank is a great option... so who has one?
