Looks really rich or excessive oil ratio. Typically most run 40:1 so if thats what your using its probably just to rich.

75 pilot jet
135 main jet
95 gram spring work best for a B pipe. We use the same set up with our ported topends but with a bigger main such as a 140 main jet and our small motors and big bores even go up to a...
U have to add a fitting to the pump by using the siphon bilge and drilling and tapping the pump stator then tap the exhaust mani and add an extra fitting to the other exhaust port side thats true dual cooling

Polish the piston with some scotch brite pads may be hone the cylinder if you want. If the rings look good run it.

Definately worth the money... You need a little lower compression than an SJ because you're more tempted to run WOT.

90 will be too lean and could cause it to free rev when you jump out of the water especially with aftermarket flame arresters

If u go with 35cc domes in the head u will raise compression from 150 stock to 185 with the ada head plus it uses orings which are reusable and cheap to replace. As for ring gap if ur cyl has some wear on it u will be fine or if u have it bored with 4 and a half thousands ur good. I have never...
The carbons beat off the 2nd piston while it was chewing on the broken bearing pieces. It was lean too im sure.

If you currently have 140 pounds of compression in each cyl you should be at 155 on a stock head. It's possibly time to re ring it or possibly rebore it. Once you address that issue then you should look into an ADA head with 35 cc domes that will give you 185 to 190 compression. 33cc will get u...
Dual 38mm carbs are simple with a B pipe.
75 pilot jet
