When I removed the nubs, we measured everything to make sure it would be completely flat and lever as the mill passed over it. Mine sits flush and lined up perfectly with the pipe. It never sat on those nubs on the stock head. The posts went between them to the bolt holes.
Definitely post some pictures, Mine wouldn't work without removing all of it. It was hitting the head not just the nuts so I couldn't get the bolt holes to line up also It wouldn't sit flush either without removing those raised spots on the bottom.

I do have that bracket. I meant the bracket that mounts the Riva red pipe to the Ada bracket. I was told to modified the stock bracket into the shape of an L but it just seems that makes it very week. I will post up a picture.
Hey everyone, just switched to an Ada girdle head. I was told I need to modify the stock exhaust bracket to the shape of an L for it to mount the Riva red pipe to the head. Just seems the bracket won't be as strong now. Is there anyone who has or still running this set up?
