Edit I didn't care for that tray, the pepper above the try never really cooked and the pepper below the tray was beyond cooked.
When I did it the owner ran the throttle but he had a hand held control that looked like a Wii controller and he could do it all himself. He said being my first time it would be easier to just focus on my balance and give him thumbs up or down for throttle. It worked well for us.
I didn't think it was hard. It was pretty tiring though, that last picture I fell from pretty high and dove in. The jet ended up pushing me into muck upside down about to my waist..... To say I panicked is an understatement lol
The last company I worked for bought some very very basic jigs from the company that builds that table and they were 60k a piece. Before they sent the purchase order I had designed a jig in cad for what we needed that could have been built with scrap from our product line. I tried to save them...
