    next time you glass try to grind all the paint and gel coat away because the glass sometimes comes apart and later you can rip it off and redo it. always try to glass to glass, just a lesson i learned from my last build

    marz you can find aluminum or stainless steel tubes at ace hardware. it comes in two to three foot, and also 1/4 3/16 3/8. i used the 3/8 for water lines and trim tube.

    no im building a ski from just a hull. I bought a split hull from watercraft factory and plumbing the hull myself. i think its half inch so thanks anyways.

    To scupper or not

    I also like a scupper for the water to get out will cleaning out and for the water to get out fast, but they do leak a hell of alot of water. So i put two 500s in also for security reasons. I would vote option two cause you can always plug it up like kahuna said,good luck.:popcorn4:

    WCF top deck conversion

    :Banane01::Banane01::arms::arms:My wcf conversion top was 15 lbs. hell yeah and with the new resin waterfreak uses. My bottom was 55 lbs. Will see what weight i end up with after reinforcements and hood and nose and the x metal pole.

    to much water getting in the hull..

    What happened to scuppers and one way valves. They let water out really fast.
