Like I said..... people aren't ready for the potential that 3 d printing has for our sport. Not looking for an argument, but do some research, this industry is advancing fast to overcome the strength and resolution issues that many people are weary of, and they are making some serious progress...

3 D printers could really change how we get our hands on parts in this sport. The question is whether or not people can overcome the need for billet bling on their skis and replace it with cheap and easily made parts from your garage.

Looks good, is that a zxi waterbox you are running? I read somewhere that the coffman's waterbox won't fit in the SC, is that what you ran into?

Are you making any upgrades to the rear air inlet grate? We just picked one up a few weeks ago, its stripped down and being sanded now to prep for paint.

I have shelved most of the pole pad building. I am kicking around the idea of picking it up again, but not sure if I would do a full pad build, might just do the decal and send it in a form that allows you to glue to to any existing pad.

I think the technical name is EVA foam, some in various forms from what I understand. I used the HF mats to do a prototype seat years ago when I was a student without any money, you could hardly tell there was any pad under the turf, it was hard as a rock when I was done, not worth the trouble...
