the handle is very strong. the fiberglass would crack before you would even bend the handle. what does it mean when your tray is "D-cut". I understand cutting it for a trim.

thanks for the advice. I understand tom made them for the 1 inch pad but i have 3 layers of fiberglass on the bottom and plenty of resin. I was worried that I had built it up too much. I will just use the full 1 inch pad unless someone suggest otherwise. Thanks guys!
