I work for an EMR application and we are ALWAYS hiring nurses etc. even without technical experience. Most of the time they are tired or aren't programmed to handle the gross stuff ( Not judging or blaming anyone)

Also probably depends on the truck. I have a siilverado 2500 without bags and really haven't ever noticed a difference in any sag. I did replace my shocks last year because they were stock and truck had almost 100k miles on it. I would imagine a heavy duty truck would probably be in good shape.
