So I just bought a 96 RN it has 48mm carbs, triton engineering head and a coffman lightning series pipe. I want to lean out the carbs so they wont suck so much gas (I am going through a half a tank in like 45 min!!) and I would like to tune the pipe so that I can get some more bottom end. Can...
okay well we just found a cracked fuel line and found that one of the carbs wasn't opening all the way so we are going to fix those issues and see how things go and the reeds will be the next thing if the problem doesn't get fixed thank you
Okay thanks a lot guys I will try it again tomorrow. Today i went back out and the starting problem was fixed but after about a half a tank of gas it started to bog out of turns and then progressed to the top end. I am running a coffman lightning series exhaust by the way.

Oh nice!! That's what I was thinking hopefully we will work something out. I think even at $3500 it's way worth it. My friend just bought a basically stock one with not nearly the bolt on parts not even an exhaust for $2800 so i'm thinking I would already be ahead if I was to get a stock one...
No I posted a wanted add and he replied on it. I have never seen it on craigslist or on the forums. Yeah they are hard to come by I have been looking for probably like a month now and every once and a while something will pop up out of town but someone always beats me to it.
No, I was hoping to ride it this weekend. Okay are there not very many changes between the 96 and the 04? Do you guys know if 185 psi is right for the Triton Engineering Head that's on it?

Okay I thought that the price was a little much also. It just looks pretty clean one of the cleaner '96s that I have seen. What do you think would be a fair offer?
