Long Story behind this ski, snatched for $400

I made this little diagram for my buddy who is putting dual cooling on his 650. He only had one input on the manifold, so he is gonna run on to his west coast pipe. I think this is right? But two pissers off the head and one input for the motor, will it run too cold? Any help is appreciated
