The Badass or the Titan -9" gets the tray and gunnels shortened at least 3" , That's the beauty of the -7" you get to keep the full gunnel length and most of the tray for the most versatile short set up. That's what I'm building for myself now .

In the next 2 months we'll have a inbetween hood that will have a linner like the low hood with extra area for high dry pipes. The low hood has more clearance in the spark plug area and that is good when the ski is under water with the throttle pinned as vacuum pressure is hard on hood linners .

The low one is stronger as the inner and outer linner are bonded down most of the center .

That thing is ultra inefficient , it would be funny to see it in a 5ft chop .

I think you have to have more skill to flip on a smaller motor vs balls to pin a beast motor and try and hang on,,, but if you can hold on it's much easier to pull off tricks with height on the big motor . Getting a feel for the hull is easier for most on a smaller motor as you can focus on...

AM comp should be 1000cc max or 760 max all on stock cases , Pro needs to be a freak show with run whatever you can hang on to and not burn the launch site up to bad or having to file a flight plan with the FAA .
