Looks like you don't have the correct exhaust manifold. I have the same pipe. I just did a mod last night to prevent breaking anymore bolts. I will try and get some pictures later tonight.

Big-sets and 10.9 HC steel bolts and shimming any gaps for the mounts on your exhaust. I broke about 20 bolts on my 750 with the coffeman rocket pipe. Only thing that worked for me. Stainless and 12.9 bolts are too brittle. Dont mess with helicoils or even time-serts, go big-sets they have more...
