well i think ive figured out how im going to make my mold. Im going to glue chunks of the foam that you put flowers in at walmart to the nose area and start carving. When i get the right shape ill just glass it in.

and i dont mean animals. I really need some pictures of somebodys cats setup so i can fab my own.

I work at a seadoo dealer and have ridden them many times. The only thing that it has in common with my superjet is that you stand up. Put it this way...I did everything i could to get it out of the water with no luck. Even cranking all 800ccs back to my own turn wake i couldnt get it...

could i use leftover foam to fill the bondline the carbonfiber over it?

As far as foaming how much foam do i need. Will the 4 cubic yard kit do it? What do i fill my bond line with that is ultralight weight? Foam here too?
