What's your compression. I ran the same set up. I think the 10-16 will get you in The power faster but the 760 is going to pull harder mid and top. If it's a stock head you could remove the base gasket and Yamaha bond the cases to the cylinder. That would drop the port timing .030 or so...
I always told myself I would never spend money on another enhancer. This just backs up my decision. I'm curious to see/try the new advent for the superjet. Has a new billet cdi case that is serviceable. My total loss is working so I'm good for a while.
I have always wandered why performance gain was so hit or miss with enhancers. I had a guy tell me just the other day the same thing TNT said about the enhancers. Non of his tested units had the same curve. I'm curious to see what OCD comes up with.
If I had to do it again I would cut and weld a plate between the bed plate motor mount bolts then just redrill the motor mount hole. You could move the motor back a little by doing this and I think that would help the ski ride a little better. It would also require a shorter midshaft. Which...
Just did one last year. Great set up. What are you looking to use it for? The ski is a nose heavy ski. We used the Ada conversion brackets and dropped it in. Had to be the easiest swap ever.

My local guy just bores then size hones and finish hones for a nice crosshatch. I do the chamfering and that keeps my price way down but what's the reason behind the 4 step process? Educate me.
