    SXR Looking for 800 motor

I was wondering if my wife would like a JS1500 made from a JS300, ducK tape and two-by-fours? I was going to give it to her on our next date, which was actually 6 months ago!

    Are tank breathers really needed?

Either round slide Mikuni vm/tm or Keihin pwk. Either way, my setups run external mechanical fuel pumps underneath the tank assisted by gravity. It’s more reliable. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Are tank breathers really needed?

I have the same snow mobile design, but in a Honda Odyssey. Same thing really. I put the fuel pump below the fuel line so that gravity helps feed the low side of the pump. Just curious - is your snowmobile's pump above or below the fuel line?

    Are tank breathers really needed?

The tank should be under pressure due to expansion of fuel vapor. Maybe not much, but there should be some pressure there. conzider taking a sealed can of fuel, and shake it around. The fuel can will start to gain vapor pressure from fuel evaporation due to being agitated. Also the check...

Carburetor (specs) Database: SuperJet and Blaster 1

SBN46 come with 2.5ns/80g per Mikuni. I guess you could try it, but 14psi pop is a very low value. Make sure you check for dribbling from the bombsight. It might be better suited to raise your pilot than it would be to lower your popoff.
