I actually cut about a 6 in piece of pvc pipe 2in diameter, the exhaust tubing fits nice a snug in it. i cut the hole in the back to fit the pvc nice and tight. cut the angle to match on both the pvc and pipe. I used 5200 to hold everything together. pretty much the same as i set up my one way...

I used a hole saw to cut the hole for the new location, took the cut out and it fits almost perfect in the old hole if you use the same size hole saw lol mixed up some glass bubbles and resin to smooth it into the exsisting hole, when it was dry sanded it smooth layed a couple layers of 6oz...

Lowered it so it runs straight out the back. Gave me room to set the holds down lower!

Looks like i have something to contemplate after work tonight...

Alright.. heres a few more photos! The holds are glued in and been pouring some foam and shaping but i ran out.. so have to put in an order. So far i think its goin well spent 3 hours cleaning the shop up tonight couldnt work in that mess. Well im waiting on some stuff to get here im goin to...

Alright a little update, the rear is finished, i just got done glassing the Rocker nose have to do the inside yet.. after the nose is wrapped up ill be installing bob adjustables every thing is cut and ready to go just waiting on some epoxy to get here. Moving along... heres couple pics

Got the nose chopped off and the rocker fit, layed the last couple layers for the rear!

I plan on just running the stock with the interal fill, as far as the goal i ride flatwater with the occasional V-waking , so just to make it more functional for that. In no professional just like to have fun doin rolls and trying the occasional flip lol

Alright I did a mild build on my SN a few years back, holds,pole,turf,paint ext.. I decided its time to go all out, well not endless funds all out but what i can afford. I stated chopping her up about a week ago i will post some pics here soon. My rocker nose from CarterB just got here today...
