Okay... If I tap the button quickly to start it, then it runs in reverse sometimes. If I hold the button, it will run normally but the starter stops for a second as if there's resistance against it.
So I just replaced the stator on my 750sx, and now the engine starts running backwards. It sucks water in through the pump and out the intake grate. I'm really confused as the starter engages in the right direction, but then the engine kicks and runs in the wrong direction. The stator only bolts...
I use a 6' Fulton cable lock on my ski. A peg goes through the bow eye on the ski and then the lock. I suppose I could even loop the cable through the bow eye but I'm lazy haha.

Factory limited pipe. the only one worth the dough! I have one on my 750 and the power increase and throttle response increase is unbelievable. If you have the money, definitely go factory. Coffman pipes are cheaper, but you get what you pay for
2 pairs of sunglasses, a finned oceanpro plate for my 750, a storage tube cap and a fire extinguisher, registration card, and a lot of skin off of my hand thanks to catching the finger throttle while being pitched off. That was fun to swim back to the ski with :rocketwhore:
Heat will make it a LOT easier to stretch and it won't pull at whatever glue you use. I used contact cement on the tight corners and heat to pull the vinyl in
I was out for the past two weekends. Threw on the wetsuit and went for it! I just had a surgery so I have to wait a couple more weeks till I can go back out. At least by then it'll be hot and sunny :cool:
I just used a bit of black vinyl to do mine.

Yeah it was pretty cold up at Silver lake too, but as soon as it hit 60 I was out on the water (I admit, mainly on my knees to stay ON the ski, I swear the water was like 30 degrees) Good thing is I used A LOT of underpadding in my tray. Wetsuit and a pair of gym shoes kept me from turning...
She's looking good so far! Are you reinforcing the entire hull or just the walls of the engine bay? Don't know how much is really needed, I'm planning on reinforcing mine on my time off next month.
(Btw thanks for building an awesome 750) I took it out today and finally have my jet works valve...
