Can you test the two wires that come out of the stator for polarity. Test them both to ground if you get a time on both wires them it's shorted out and no good.
Did you wait till electrical things were dry before hitting the start button? If you didn't you may have fryed the stator by shorting it out because of the water. It's located behind the flywheel and

Dude it's a complete teardown and rebuild at this point whatever you do don't hit the green button dry out the electronics those should be good rinse with a lot of fresh water

I need to know what truck this would be for. Measurements needed are.

2.Depth of bed
3.Thickness of truck bed bulkhead

I would check to see if the cooling line from the top of the manifold isn't plugged and causing excess heat from the exhaust. Thus causing performance issues.
Yes I cut my pole up near the weld to remove the piece that accepts the steering. Then I cut what I needed off but also took note on the angle I wanted my steering.
