I’m no Rickter expert but I do know some of the early fs2 had polystyrene foam, so if water did get in the tray just add drains and drain it out. Thinking this is likely the case for most RickterS with foam.

I think the Measurement for the destroyer sponson placement on a pre 08 sj is 37.5 inches from the back, so that gives you a reference to see where they are actually placed on the hull.

There not on backwards by the looks of it to me but they are too far back and placed all wonky. There suppose to go further up the nose but because it is rockered who ever Installed them placed them further back. There suppose to follow the shape of the hull. They will need modded to move them...

I had looked at this too and had questions...it looks legit but couldn’t find another one with the same decals. Buddy of mine said these are fs1/2 decals which is why the x looks funny.

Check your cooling lines, one might be dumping water into the hull...that seems like a lot of water for a leaky midshaft but it could be possible

You might need the cold fusion spacer for midshaft

The screws are soft metal, just carefully drill the head of the screw until it breaks off...than remove plate and use some needle nose to twist out the rest of it. This has always worked for me, haven’t ran into a seized screw yet.
