It's a closed cell foam so all you need to do is let it drain out and it'll dry, doesn't water log. Then shoot some 5200 into the hole and screw your bolt in and it'll cure and seal it. I've seen it happen sometimes when the bolts run too long and crack the glass but it's no biggy to let it dry...
