So i finished up the ski this weekend and it looks great. Got the motor and everything dropped in, went to start it and nothin. Messed with it for a day and cant get it to start. I need some help. It turned over for a minute then stopped. It was clicking from the starter solenoid so i figured it...
Made a lil more progress on the steed tonight.. gunna be a couple late nights trying to get the motor and pump and everything else in by this weekend but its gotta happen. Cant thank everyone enough for the help to get this thing the way it is now. Im beyond stoked!
Got the engine bay all dialed in.. didnt feel like sanding it perfectly smooth so just splattered it to hide the the imperfections.. came out pretty cool tho, just gotta do some finishing sanding then throw some paint on it tomorrow. The end is near!
So after a little break for a couple weeks and then sanding on the hull for a couple weeks everyday after work i finally have the top side of the hull primed and almost ready for paint.. All i have left to sand on the hull is the bottom side then finish up the hood! Super stoked on how shes...
Right on dude, the trays been the toughest part for me so far, way to many sharp corners lol.. you got a thread or any pics of your ski?

Yeah man, I basically just gutted all the drain stuff from the inside then cut it almost flush with the body line that was on the side and taped over the holes i cut out so i could glass it from the inside... Im actually putting on the last bit of glass on the top of it today, should be finished...
Thanks man its been fun messin with it so far, i also chopped about 4 inches off the rear. Im gettin real excited to see how it handles the surf!
