If you are looking for a Seadoo cone, how many would you like ? You could probably get a 5 to 4.5 silicone reducer and get it to stretch to 4.75 , you might have to boil it first though. I know www.Siliconeintakes.com carries them...

You are very lucky , I have been pulled over before and I find it best to avoid them if at all possible .

Remove the vent and pressurize the tank , it should hold like 5 psi of ppressure , obviously yours won't but it should show you where the leak is at . If the leak was at the needle and seat the gas wouldn't be in the hull , it would be in the motor and the exhaust pipe - waterbox.
