im concerned with running a t/l system in my 750 due to saltwater. has anyone had problems running a t/l system in the surf? what do u guys reccomend?

im putting a big pin out of a 94 ss xi in my 86 x2. with the stock 38's on it, it wont clear the hull brace on the right side. i heard of a trick using two stock carb covers and modding them but i did and i still need about an inch to clear. i def dont want to try and bend or manuver the brace...

blaster800 has a stock sxr big hub 13-18 for an x2 for sale. will that work with the on the stock pump on an 86 x2?
