  • hey, wasn't that you putting new hubs on grenaded jetinetics flywheels? I got a 61x one for you to fix
Hi there, I'm over in Yorktown with a mostly stock 2002 Superjet, and just broke my engine mounts for the first time. Any recommendations on a shop/person to fix, and add some basic footholds(maybe just the sidetray mats with bumps)? Used to ride out of Ventura in the ocean, now I'm only doing creek/york river, have only flushed and changed plugs.

Hey, look us up on www.wavejunkies.com. Make an account on the forum. There are a few of us in Newport News, but most of us are in Chesapeake and Virginia Beach. There are a few of us, including myself, who can help you with mounts and glass work, as I don't know any shop around that will do foot holds for you.

I just used a jig saw and cleaned it up with a die grinder. Nothing special, just look at how the water would want to flow out, and cut the glass that blocks that path.
