Update Well looks like I might have found the problem. Took the carbs apart and also the fuel line that joins the two carbs and then also took apart the fuel pump and put the compressor to it. Blew out the inner workings of the carb. Then put everything back together and now she starts right up...

Took the pulse line off!!! Blew it with compressor nothing in it. Also checked fuel lines to make sure lines where not crossed. Still running like crap. Thinking its a port on carb that might have a slight block that moves around and allows it flow on some occasions

Alright people update. Well changed the entire cdi and coils spark plug wires everything that was connected to box it was all quick connects and well no luck it would not turn over. So poured fuel into carbs and fired right up. But as soon as she burned thrue it it would bog again. So check...
