Thanks Quinc! Do you think it leaked at the footholds? Where else could it have leaked? Use the expanding spray foam in an aerosol can?

The back of my '99 sits low in the water. Could the foam have taken on water? Is there a good way to check? The engine compartment stays dry unless diving it. The previous owner installed foot holds and impeller. I can sit backwards in the tray of my SN sitting still but not on this one...

I have a 1999 Superjet that steers fine up to 20-25 MPH. Once I give it more throttle it pulls to the left. When I bought it the handle bars were bent. I put on new Blowsion bars, the jet looks aligned with the bars. Is this common? Could a cable be getting stretched? Any advice would be...
