It has stage 3 porting a b pipe and a head. Don't know if it has an enhancer so I don't think I would be able to arise the rpm limit. Don't have a tach either.
I don't run it wide open alot. I jump around mostly and then I will take some high speed runs up my pond. Is the 9/15 going to be bouncing off the rev limit alot? would a 10/16 be a good compromise between the 9/15 and 11/17 or should I not even consider the 11/17?
