Thats the approach I'm thinking of moving ahead with. Not sure what would be the best material for the mold. Not sure if shoving some foam into the pump from below and shape it from the inside would be possible.
With it warming up and getting some free time from building our addition, starting to get back into repairing the ski.
The ski is a '93 and from what it looks like it's mostly at the pump shoe
Curious if anyone has a mold of a superjet pump inlet. Last year I destroyed the fiberglass inlet by sucking up someone's tow strap and I am unsure how complicated the repair is going to turn into. I did come across a pump stuffer insert from Blowsion but it appears to have been discontinued.

Managed to suck up part of a tow strap in the chocolate waters of the Genesee River. Buckle on the strap split the intake grate then ate away at the hull. Unfortunately, building an addition so wont be able to start making repairs until spring.
