Took ski for a ride Friday with just 1 black air inlet. Could tell no difference. Did a plug check and things look normal. I won't be going to the effort of adding another black air inlet unless things change.

I have removed most of the interliner from my 06 SXR. Lost more weight than I thought I would. I have left uncut the back of the hood where the rear air supply hose is attached. The job was not bad at all but before I go and add another air supply hose I questioned if it is even needed?

As just a recreational rider I may leave the engine alone. I think it makes ok power now. I have TBM intake grate and ride plate and rear sponsons on the way. I am hoping this will improve things some. Front sponsons? Are they worth the time and money. I ride on a mostly flat water. I really...
