Keep it simple. Drill a couple of small holes on both sides in the lowest part of the hull in the rear. Get a couple of stainless screws and screw them in. When you get done with your ride remove and the let ski drain on the way home. Keep it simple

Sandpaper.. Seriously, l use a small belt sander (10” belt) first to get a shape. Then wrap or glue some 80 grit to a small paint stick. Doesn’t have to be perfect, the turf will take the small lumps and bumps out.
