Thats cool,i understand what your saiding but where i ride theres a lot of people that dont know what they are doing so yes if they dont pass i whould say hey you shouldnt be on the water unless you know the rules.here you can take the test on the internet with the book at hand so everyine passes.

Maybe we should give them a test and not a flyer,say hey will you take this test to see how much you know about the laws on the water.

yes, i know that rule iam saying both boats turning right when they come withend so many feet of each other and not just the head on rule.
