So I read up and found that the SN steering cable will work on a RN but is 1" shorter with less throw. Anyone experience this? Is it a big difference in the water or should I wait and find a RN steering cable? I dont want to change it twice!

took me about the same time as yankeeboy 2-3 days. Take your time, it's not worth trying to rush it.

swap I just did it and it doesnt take that long at all! Probably 3 -4 hours tops if youre just doing the motor, pump, and pole. Mine took longer cuz I did footholds, sponsons, paint, and turf.
