I’ll get a picture of the dome next weekend, as the ski is on my dock, but it is just loaded with pieces of metal. What could be done to clean it up?

Looks like my protect head will be shot too since the domes are not removable. I have heard of milling the stock head for a little more compression is that relatively safe to do or am I better off looking for another aftermarket head?

So the crank won’t necessarily be toast, but rather the pin possibly failed?

I did not fully replace the small filters in the carb, but I did clean them out as they had some sand in them. I will try both of your suggestions tomorrow and see what happens.
