I only used them for about 40 min total and I was also breaking in my new engine so it's difficult to say. But with the little bit I used them I would say they would have worked very good.
I'm hoping the novi's will perform......
They did not say anything about the future of the carbs but I...
They found the same problem i did with the carbs on the shelf. So they offered me an exchange for carbs of my choice. So to me that's making good on their product.
It is just a problem in the mfg. Not a problem with their carbs.
I went with the novi 48's for the replacement .
I was surprised too !!, I just hope they stand behind there product as I have been having issues getting some of the things I ordered and having to beg for tracking numbers..
So I got my ski in the water Sunday for break in and light testing.
The rear cylinder (pto side) seems to be jetted correctly but the front cylinder was dangerously lean.
I did a full inspection of the fuel lines and the new one way valve and found nothing wrong. Also the fuel lines are direct...

I've got a fair amount of NBU 12 and it's really sticky, that and some clean rags and I should be good.
I got those 62t cases off of ebay a couple of years ago they are new never been used, just missing the extra metal in the casting for a pulse fitting.
I was told not to tee off of one, but I'm no expert..

I should get the carbs and other parts that I ordered next week. I plan on getting everything installed during next week and start breaking in the engine next weekend.
