I use 06-07 cable but squarenose cable is probably better as the first gen roundnose cable requires fittings on both ends to be screwed out pretty far.

flame arrestors I can vouch for. Good quality.

They are okay. Nice and light. Decent toe protection. Let too much debris in. Not durable.
