    650/X-2 650sx newbe in nz

its the (centrifugal?) force of the spinning engine that causes the jet ski to do a slow circle. im not sure if centrifugal is the appropriate term but i know it has to do with the force of the engines rotating mass.

Blaster SBN46: When to change jetsize vs popoff?

Mikuni recommends using the smallest needle and seat possible to obtain your desired pop off, therefore i would say up your jet size. What makes you think its the pilot that is lean? You mentioned only turning 6890 rpms, so i assume your talking about top end. if it is running strong down low...

    Blaster 701 carb setup

ok so i pulled the carb apart. it has 145 main, 120 pilot, 65 gram spring and 1.5 needle. im confused about the first response saying to use a 1.5 needle and 115 gram spring. that puts my pop off pressure at 55psi. From reading the mikuni manual it says that modified engines require a...

    Blaster 701 carb setup

Hi, so i finally got a chance to take my blaster out for the first time. Bought it and it had bad reeds so after getting the motor all fixed and put back together it had a small running issue. Long story short, it has a lean spot at about 1/3 of full revs. If i roll on the throttle slowly it...

    650/X-2 650 compression

I think anywhere from 155-165 is ok. More important is that the two cylinders are equal or very close to equal in compression.
