here in stuart FL they are pretty cool, we are good friends with some.... you used to beable to run from them with there old boats but now they have 26' contenders with 2 250's and they will run you down... just be responsible and you won't have any problems...
Good Luck with that... I know 3 guys with Ford's and one shudders at 45 MPH just driving down the road... and the other shakes at 70-77MPH it is anoying as hell they are both F-250's the other was a F-150 and would shake from 45MPH all the way to 80 MPH... Luckily he was able to lemon law that...
I am looking at doing the same thing with a stock manifold and a 46 carb, there is a guy local and said it made apretty big difference on his blaster, he was supprised he didn't think it would be worth the time... I wonder how much of a difference the stuffers make?
Yea the smoke from poweder coating will knock you out, that stuff is strong... Cleared out my buddy's shop quick when some powder hit the heating element...
You can use paint stripper because it is gel coat safe but will soften bare fiberglass. but if it was painted on top of good gelcoat it is safe just used some the other day with no problems...
They also say the thinner the resin is spread the longer it takes to cure... I had some resin take awhile to dry but it was spread real thin as a clear... it setup in the cup right away and took 24 hours on the boat sitting in the sun and it was rock hard... I am sure it is the temp messing with...
Yep Isearched and found alot of mixed reviews on the pipe... It should be pretty good I think maybe not a b-pie but it can't hurt over a stocker. and atleast I have a blaster to build while I still have my other one to ride
I plan on reinforcing the sides of the hull,
lip around the engine comparment
rear transom
lip of hood where latch is and down the sides
CATS I already have a complete systefrom a raider
I tore the motor down last night to check it out nd every thing looks good but I am probably going to have...
I was looking at buying a pipe for my blaster and ran across this blaster that had been sitting picked it up for $600 with mods and I am tearing it down and building a surf blaster... Before I destroy my current Blaster, I already cracked the hood pretty bad in 2 places.
ski came with some...
Well that awnser's it then... I was jut asking because I have never ridden with them so can only go by how people describe the ski feeling lighter and nimble... But that awnser's that... I will deff be getting some for my rn..
