Well i have a dual 44 setup i plan on just seperating the one to run and having a backup one i can jet one for home (5500) and one for 2nd home (800). I figured it would be too much but i havnt been deep enough ot in this game long enough to know what most of you do so figured id post and see...

Would dual 44s be overkill on a semi modded 650 x2, i was told it was punched to around a 680,mariner pipe, waterbox , i think heads stock. I just got ahead of myself on ebay and bought a dual manifold instead of single, thx for any advice

thats what sucks everyone is really sea level as i used to be in az so its hard to get a straight answer unless someone is a mechanic, in elevation or used to travel and race.

no luck with responses so il try here. did a compression check on my 2 skis just to see if there was a big difference. Im mainly looking into the 750sx but i did three attempts ski with a autozone gauge and my 750 stock is pushing 110. im wondering if 5500 ft elevation is that big of a factor...

Anyone know if a 750 with single 38 carb setup is appropriate for the ski? Im in the process of trading my x2 thats built for a 95 750 sx but it has single carb i didnt think that was accurate so he also is including a dual fuel injected carb setup but id have to purchase the intake? Any input?

Its on ebay i won it. It has everything on 650 cases so i guess im green but the heading said rare pjs 830 big bore. Did i get hosed for 850 bucks? Id really like to k ow what im gettin into i heard the pjs viper 7000 was a screamer so i thought id go bigger... Lol
