Well the copper wired was destroyed and the plugs werent flooded the whole time

Finally got it sorted! Got a new key for it. Put it in tried and nothing... then pulled back apart to retard timing to try that when my dad realised when installing the lighting coil to the stator he put it in the wrong position on the stator n was on the right side not the bottom. Mixed up...

Just got a screwdriver holding between 2 bolts on the flywheel to stop from spinning.

Pulled flywheel again for another inspection as was just cranking n not firing. Found woodruff key had sheared. And flywheel was sitting about 7mm out. Going to get new key n try again

I seen the pictures of the compression gauge saying 150 psi. My guess would have to be air missing. But im not sure if its got to do with the carby screw setting. If they arent set right will it not start? Was a oem yamaha lighting coil i bought

Stator was only removed to change lighting coil but now is back in same place as before... I have not compression tested it. But it was done about 2 months ago showing 150 psi in both

Cranked it for about 15-20 minutes n the battery died. Maybe the batterys no good. Could that cause the cranking issue i had??

Well after a bit of playing today i put the stator back to dead on the arrow. And then i regapped the spark plugs. They were a bit bigger then supposed to do. And it pretty much got rid of the crank issue. I was cranking for about 15 minutes trying to get it started and just couldnt get it to...
