Ok so I picked up a 89 sx 650 over the winter for a newbie ski and went to get it ready for the lake the other day and its running like crap. My first thought it bad gas (guy who I bought it from said it had stabilizer in it :grumble
sure enough its bad. So I drain it put in some fresh premium and oil (the injector has been removed on this one) and it fires right up so I throw it on the trailer to take out the next day. Next day it wont start I check the plugs and whatnot and it all checks out then I look at the carb and notice that I smell no fuel no matter how much I thottle it. So thoughts on where I should look fist before I tear it all apart?
