Home setup.
Dell Desktop with Cable Modem.
Linkysys G Router for our laptop.

Earlier my wife was moving stuff around and unplugged the cords that goes from the Router to the modem (Ethernet cables), plugs them back up. Well, our Laptop no longer "see's" our network. I can get it online using the generic "Linksys" network but not our "Network". Any ideas?

are all the light's on - on the cable modem box ???
my sister's modem has to have 4 of the 5 light's on to work.
you may have to call the network tech service line to have them re-autherize the modem box.

I've never even noticed that Harrison has been off line since 03-29-2010, 11:22 PM.

Anita called Kodak support about our wireless printer, she was checking the router when we lost the "Network". Kodak got her printer going and then took it a step farther and helped her completely set up a new secured network. That was above and beyond what they could have done. I dont think you would get that kind of service out of HP.
