rn hood liner plz help

please help im stumped going to make a hoodliner for my superjet, I dont know how to go about doing it, should i do it in sections, or do i need to do it in full sheets, i tried to do it but i failed was useing bondo fiberglass, its my first time fiberglassing but personaly it sucks. im to the point to c if someone on here would make me one and ship it to me if the price is right.

1.Make a cardboard template and cover it with duct tape.
2.Place in hood as if it were the liner and cover EVERYTHING with duct tape.
3.Fiberglass the new liner. I used 1-2 layers of Biax
4.Let dry. Pull out and trim/clean up and remove all the tape.
5.I used thickened epoxy to glue the new liner in.

This took me a weekend and was my first experience with fiberglass. Its really not that hard.

Read ksarges build, he did the same and helped me do it.

ok my first attemp i first put a layer of cloth, but didnt work so well, then i tried a layer of matting, had problems with keeping it down, kept wrenkling on me, think its cuz of that bondo crap, i have some bondo resin jelly but its real thick

yeah theres fiberglass place in town im gonna c what they got, the bondo resin was awfully think not sure if its suppose to be. the bondo resin jelly is pretty good filled a couple holes with it, id use it but its real think just like the bondo body filler, do i need to do it a layer of cloth, then the matting and then finish it off with another layer of cloth. thank u guys yall been helpfull,

well heres my first attempt, was going to scrap it but i was like well hell ill just use it as a mold, put 2 layers of biax, and call it done.

Looks good to me. Just so you know, the bondo resin is polyester and wont bond to the hood very well. It's alright to make the liner out of, but you'll want to use expoxy resin to glass it into the hood.
