I know its not a Superjet but its all i got. Hoping the next build will involve XScream and a custom hull.

Originally payed $750 for the ski and trailer. Did all the work myself and many firsts along the way. Never fiberglassed or turfed before so Im learning.

Hope to see some of you guys out there cuttin some waves:splatt:

i did the turf. first time ever working with the stuff. layed down some nice thick 25mm underpad. the trinity holds are deep but i managed to get it in one piece. god bless a heat gun.

the chinpad was fun to make. trimmed up the sj shell then 2 layers of 25mm underpad then turf.

the handlebar guard came from pancakepete. worked out great.

what the pics dont show is that i also reinforced the nose, sides, pole mount area and tray. shes still a fat @ss compared to a SJ but its my first ski. cant wait till i can build up a RN or a lightweight custom

eventually hoping to get some white vinyl graphics on it

i had no idea there was a backwards! newB mistake i guess! haha
the head looked symmetrical. any chance im gonna regret leaving it this way?

since the water goes in through the exhaust manifold and out through the head, you want the cooling outlets on the head to be on the carb side of the engine, to properly cool the cylinders.

the bolt pattern is symmetrical but the water flow isnt. newB mistake indeed, but not like threatening. id still change it though.
