goose pole weighs 7lbs including steering, bars, chinpad and bracket. stocker weighs almost 30 (not sure actual weight) plus the chin pad gets water logged.

Not even close. Why are you typing chit you know nothing about.
I'll say a stock pole looks 100 times better than the chezzball goose pole

I got one of these hoods from goose and won't put it on my ski! the carbon is peeling off of the sides and front and it's never been in the water!!!

ps, the "steering" is a plate with an off center hole in it with steering stops that are too far part to stop any steering cable before it hits the end and bar clamp holes that barley meet up to any bar clamp ever made.
oh and the bars, don't get me started on those. I rode with them one time and they looked like stock js300 "V" bars. cheap poorly made chit that took about 4 months to get!!!!!!!

I have none of these problems, except the slow delivery on a couple things.

Can you post a pic of that pole....I really want to see what it looks like.
And of course I can't find any on the searches.....

This ain't no fashion show. Goose polls may not be the best looking poles on the market but they are solid as hell. There's one part where the top of the tubes meet the part where the plate goes that seems a little flimsy but I've seen people simply weld a little triangle there for support. These poles look pretty nice with a little powder coating.

It's not really fair to compare Bill's stuff to products from big name manufacturers. he charges 350 for a hood. If you buy a hood from watercraft factory it'll cost you 1k+. He sold polls for what? 350? That was with a bracket, turnplate, bars, and a chinpad. Where else can you get all that stuff for that price. You can't even buy that stuff somewhere else for twice his price.

The guy makes this stuff in his freakin garage. He has better glassing skills than 95% of the people on here and offers pretty decent products for an affordable price. If you can afford a brand new RRP pole and Wammer hood, go buy an RRP pole and Wammer hood. It's guys like this who keep people like me who can barely afford to keep a ski running, on the water. Your stuff may take a while to get to you, but do you really think he sits in his garage all day and builds parts for you people. Unlike the big names, this isn't his job.

I think the whole ski looks great grezzmky!!
