Hey Johnson,

I to have a 91 SJ . It didn't see much time in the water last summer due to
some overheating problems. For starters i'm going to change the carb and
reeds. I know I can't do much because it's a 650, but it least I have a good
ski till I can find a 701.
Is there a carb and reed set that you can reccomend?

Welcome aboard.

I don't think a carb and reed will do anything for your 650... not going to unleesh much.

Just make sure the carb is good and clean and check your pisser and cooling lines etc....
i would think the cooling issue would be in one of the lines!
