I think all the engien builders out there really know their stuff, just some do things and think differently from others. I ain't gonna lie-Art's philosophy made me scratch my head till I started riding his stuff.

The reeds are Arts in house reeds on a dominator intake . Their very crisp every where and I'm told should last much longer than many other after market reeds .

Uh Gil, everytime you ride someone elses ski you come back with "That is the best setup I have ever run"........... So, does that mean yours is just a POS.

No-it means I learn new ways to find more power for my setup. I know-I should still be on a stk 650cc sqaure nose until I learn to ride. I like to tweek until I find all that there is to be had-and the good news is-I keep finding more by simply doing everything that everyone says NOT to do.

And as far as complimenting Kevin's ski-that is called being polite. Not all of us are arrogant azzholes all the time. -disclaimer-I am not saying you are an arrogant azzhole.

28 sounds mean off the bottom.I hear alot of guys who run blackjacks say they still hit hard on bottom but better in the mid to top. wonder what art is doing with them to get them so nice for bottom end

Theoretically , we never see bottom end with T/L , short props and other performance mods. Most people set their rev limitations from say 7200 to 8200 . Install a tach and see how fast it takes to get to say 4000 . i think when we say "bottom" we are really talking about throttle response and mid range power. I don't think we are ever on the bottom unless we are idling thru a no wake zone.
