I am curious of the weight myself. As far as materials, I think it is all carbon, I am just not sure who is building them. I know the guy that was building his "kawaski's" realy knows his stuff, I am not sure how much Malone learned from him, or what his new guy knows.:rolleyes:

at least they are not 45000 like Lenzi's skis:bigeyes: That is just retarded. I like Malones approach. Keep it simple, easy to work on, high quality and able to mass produce them. Notice how the hulls have decals. He probably had a batch of hulls made all at once and all you can do is pick the decals you want. Keepin it simple........:biggthumpup:

They are not carbon. They are G glass and S2 i believe. Some reinforcing with carbon kevlar. They are very very strong and if I had to guess weight.... What would ya say marshy??? I think it was very close to my xft hull. Mine is around 240 complete with motor and all. Like marsh said it is someone who was not previously involved with pwc that is building the hulls for EME.

My expert opinion, judging by the 95 pound girl i lifted last night...

would guess right around 260 complete. about 20-25 more pounds than dans XFT boat. and remember the Polaris motor weighs about 20 pounds more than an SJ.

And the graftmanship/work on the hulls was extremely meticulious, these hulls will last. they are in no way 2 minute hulls..the kevlar reinforcement was flawless..I only wish i were rich

Those boats look awesome ! I am in love with My Pancake Model Watercraft Factory Hull, otherwise I would think about one ! :biggthumpup:

I like how he retained the SXR style hood seal. Very clean looking, keeps the hood in place all around and seals better.

who really wants a 2 minute hull though? What I want to see is a ski as durable as petes taht can be flat water backflipped. Lets see some video!!!!! I know people are doin it.

:dunno: that sight lacks more info than it gives, wont show ski below rails, no info on pump or pipe set up. Looks like polaris motor, hmm what carbs??? How much does the boat weigh???? whats the length and width???. I know :hail: Malone wouldnt put his neck on line for junk, but cant see sending $22,000.00 min. for what info is givin here. Pull up any other aftermarket or even OEM sight and see what specs. and info you get there. :cool2: Is there some top secret design that is un pattented involved here HMMMMMMM :rolleyes: ?

most people aren't going to look at a pic and description, then click "Add to Cart", they will CALL for more info if they are serious. For $22G, you better be serious when you call too.
