My first trick was a powersub, then I moved on to subs and hood riding. The crowd pleaser though was when I'd line up and jump my dock. I started off just trying to jump up onto the plastic floating dock to get my ski out of the water but I soon learned I could clear it with the right amount of Brap.

i have a 650SX i still ride, you can do mostly any trick i come do subs with no problem no foot hold or anything some fun stuff is hood tricks i use the air ducts and hand holds to ride around on the hood or bulldog it around.

Hey everyone,
So I feel like I am finally getting to the point where I am ready to start some of my first freestyle tricks...but I don't even know where or what to start with.

Hook up with a local group of riders and learn the tricks that they do. Riding with a good group not only allows you to make new friends but you will all push each other to learn new stuff. BTW Welcome to the X

+1 Trillion cool points for chick freestylers..

Powersub and falling off like a jack*ss multiple times were my first "tricks".

Oh and the cool routine where your trunks come un done and you moon half the people around you..that was a fun one. Lol.

As others have said..meet up with some people and ride in a group. It adds alot more fun to riding...you shouldn't have ANY trouble getting guys to help teach you tricks :):)

Welcome!:bananajump:

My first big trick was the sub........no footholds. Learn to hop it high out of the water. Once you get that part, hop high, and push the nose down as hard as you can (with the pole), while you pull up your feet to your butt (pushing out against the rails for traction). Tuck in a ball and hold on!

Like the others said, slides, 180s, sliding 360s, and tailstands are good ones too. Tail stands can be tough for small, light people :). My buddies wife can stand on hers at idle and it wont sink!

Stick with it, there is always something new to learn. Riding with a group is good too.

Check out Wavedaze.com for a nice October event not too far from you (8 or 9 hours ?) Gonna be a goodtime!

Good luck!
