Aiyt people, I'm about ready to start spamming this all over the place! Upstate Watercraft Promotions is offering up some things for freestyle and racing that have not been seen for YEARS Freestyle specifically, we have a cash purse to shoot for!!!!! Not just 50% payback of entry fees, but real money. And best of all, like Flyin' Brian said, NO ENTRY FEES! You buy an IJSBA membership for $50 and you're good for the rest of the year........what else can they do to get more people to enter?!? One of the biggest gripes I hear from people is that they don't want to pay $50-100 for 2 minutes. Done, we pay $0 for 2 minutes, on 2 days
I say again, NO ENTRY FEES!
I want to see some fresh faces at the Charleston, WV race next weekend. What's stopping anyone now? Gas is half of what it was last summer, no entry fees, and you have a shot at winning cash to get you back home (but you will have to beat Jason, myself, possibly Eric, Doug-E-Fresh, and whoever else shows up) Payout is $1000 for 1st, $600 for 2nd, and $400 for 3rd........so get off the couch and come give it a go. And this is not just for the PRO class, it's overall finish of PRO and AM combined. Classes will be scored separately for final results I believe, but the show is run as one combined class......so if an AM rider can pull off an overall win, they will walk with $1000 (UWP Inc. has the official word on this matter obviously)
I would even offer to pay the IJSBA membership for 1 first timer if they can honestly tell me they didn't have fun after the weekend is done I believe that's called putting my money where my mouth is
I don't want to see a bunch of B.S. here, you've got a little over a week, get you crap in the water and figure out a routine
